I am just absolutely floored how Allan Schoenborn – who murdered his three children in 2008, posed their dead bodies so their mother – his estranged wife – would find them and then he ran away hiding for ten days before being caught is now being released.
He was found not criminally responsible for his action and on the third anniversary of his murderous acts, he is being allowed out on “supervised outings” because he wants to have coffee at Starbucks and to swim at the community centre. The goal? To graduate him to full unrestricted outings.
He commits the crimes in Merritt, BC and decides he wants to hang out in my community – Port Coquitlam.
I would love to see posters like one below put up at local businesses, etc. to show that we the fine folks of Port Coquitlam do NOT what this guy here. We want him where he belongs. Behind bars.

It is totally incomprehensible to me, that people like Schoenborn seem to believe that they have “rights”. The moment that he took the life of his first child, I believe he gave up whatever rights he speaks of. What about the “rights” of those dead children? They will never be able to “go for coffee” or “go swimming with adults in the community”. They will NEVER be able to GO anywhere or do anything – thank you very much Schoenborn. And what about Darcie’s rights? The right to see her children grow, mature, graduate school, have a career, marry, have her grandchildren? I’ll bet that those rights don’t rate too highly on Schoenborn’s list. I understand there is a petition to change the laws re this type of appeal. I would appreciate the website so I can sign up.
