Was on CKNW in Vancouver with Vancouver Province columnist Michael Smyth who started off his interview with “Here we go again with the doctors and their smear job on Mixed Martial Arts”.
Michael also coined the phrase “fluffy pom-poms of death” when reminding listeners of one of my most quote facts – that there are more injuries and deaths in cheerleading than in MMA. BTW – Fluffy Pom-Poms of Death would make a totally awesome band name.
