My friend Carey McBeth is organizing a cool fundraising event in support of the Burn Fund.
The Burn Fund provides life saving, life supporting, and life enriching services to the people in British Columbia. More than 3,700 professional fire fighters in BC dedicate and donate their time and skills to support burn survivors and increase the public’s knowledge about fire and burn safety issues through the work the Burn Fund does with its Burn Awareness, Research and Prevention Programs.

The holiday season is quickly approaching! At Sutton Group – West Coast Realty, we believe in coming together as a family to enjoy this festive season. On Wednesday, December 9th, 2009, over seven hundred Realtors from our offices will gather together to celebrate the holidays.
At Sutton Group – West Coast Realty we believe in supporting the communities in which we live and work. Earlier this year, we adopted the BC Professional Fire Fighters’ Burn Fund (“BCPFF Burn Fund”) as our offical corporate charity. Through a multitude of fundraising initiatives, we are helping raise funds for the BCPFF Burn, Plastic and Trauma Unit located in Vancouver General Hospital. As port of our holiday celebration this year we are excited to be hosting a live auction and raffle to raise funds for the Burn Fund.
In this respect, I am hoping that you would be willing to support us in our fundraising efforts by contributing either a live auction item or raffle prize (e.g., gift certificates, tickets, etc.) on behalf of your organization. I believe that the exposure for your company through any contribution will be very beneficial to you. We would gratly appriciate any donation that may be possible and would ask if you could adise us by Friday, December 4th, 2009 in order for us to complete the final details for the event.
